If you are booking on Property Manager, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Property Manager app. ★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★ Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay. ★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ POOL ★ The pool is open seasonally from May 15-October 15. ★ PET FRIENDLY ★ Dogs are welcome at this home for a pet fee of $100 per dog. (2 dogs MAX). ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after. ★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★ All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home. ★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★ For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits.
