Wailea Ekahi 36B is a great ground floor location with lush garden views. This 1 bedroom/2 bath condo offers the perfect Hawaiian retreat! Welcome to Ekahi 36B! This lovely condo offers everything you need for your Hawaiian Holiday! You will fall in love with this garden level private lanai surrounded by beautiful tropical foliage. Spend your days relaxing or enjoy dining outdoors. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow for seamless indoor/outdoor living. The spacious and inviting living area is a great place to gather after a day of enjoying all Maui has to offer. There is a sofa, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and AC throughout to keep cool any time of year. Eat in! Kitchen is fully equipped with all any home chef would need to whip up a quick bite or a gourmet meal. The dining area allows seating for four. At the end of a fun-filled day, drift off to sleep for the perfect night’s rest, the primary bedroom offers a comfy large king bed. There is also a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The ensuite bath offers a spa feel with beautifully tiled shower and large vanity. The guest bath is complete with a shower. Washer/Dryer allows for lighter packing. Located in the heart of Wailea, this complex offers 4 different pools to enjoy, including a large beachfront pool and pavilion! Wailea Ekahi no longer allows private grills but they offer a beautiful gas grilling area at the community Pavilion. You also have direct beach access onto Keawakapu Beach, a beautiful beach that is perfect for beach walks and family beach days! Head to the left to access the world-famous Wailea Beach Path, or head to the right for sunset cocktails at the nearby restaurants! It doesn’t get much better than this! New Fitness Center. The facility is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Located just inside the Beach Pavilion, there are 3 pieces of cardio equipment, dumbbells ranging from 1-50 lbs, and a few other accessories that provide a full body workout. You must be 18 or over, sign a waiver of release, and no swim attire is permitted. Close-toed athletic shoes are required and ask that users dress appropriately. While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve. Important notice 1/5/26: The Pavilion Pool at Ekahi is anticipated to undergo resurfacing sometime between August 16 and October 16, 2026.
