Relax on your own private lanai. Feel the wonderful trade winds and take in the island scents from the beautiful Plumeria trees and Hawaiian foliage. The lanai furnishings coupled with lush garden views make it the ideal setting for al fresco dining, morning coffee as well as afternoon cocktails and pupus (appetizers).
This roomy two-bedroom/two-bath unit comes fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make you feel as if you are in your own home. Enjoy the fabulous modern decor in this tastefully remodeled condo. Updates include waterproof vinyl flooring, Caesarstone countertops with a waterfall edge, new cabinets, new appliances, new AC, and new beachy furnishings throughout. Seating for 4 at the stone bar top as well as space for 2 on the lanai.
The living space offers a large Smart TV and added sleep space on the sofa sleeper. Both bedrooms feature Queen beds, and both have TVs for those who like to drift off to sleep while watching their shows. The primary bedroom has an en suite full bathroom with a soaking tub with a shower. The guest bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower with glass doors.
A/C in the living room and ceiling fans throughout every room add to your comfort. Please note there is no AC in the bedrooms, but you do get a nice breeze through the screened windows from the Maui trade winds.
The unit is supplied with a full-sized washer/dryer as well as beach chairs and beach towels for use during your stay, and this condo has easy access to the pool. #B203 is a thoughtfully designed unit and is perfect for small families and couples traveling together who are looking to make their own island memories.
