Amazing private home in Kihei! This spacious 3 Bedroom/2 bath is the perfect island getaway for families or couples traveling together. Centrally located with shopping, beaches, and restaurants all within minutes.
Upon arrival you will feel right at home. This nicely updated private home has room for the whole family! The main living area is a great place to gather after an exciting day on Maui. Kick your feet up and relax with large sofa, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and split AC to keep cool. The kitchen has everything the chef in the family will need to whip up a quick bite or a full meal. Dining area offers seating for four.
There are three bedrooms all off the main living space. The first with queen bed, ceiling fan, and split AC. The second bedroom is a great set up with two twin beds, that can be converted to a king upon request, large flat screen TV, and split AC. The third bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and split AC. Guest bath has a spa like feel! Complete with tub/shower combo and eco-friendly bath amenities.
There is a full-size washer/dryer for added convenience and allow for lighter packing. BBQ on property for grilling and outdoor seating.

Without fitting the criteria of County of Maui Ordinance No 4167 Bill No 75 (2014) or having a short term rental license, a property cannot be legally rented.
