The villa, constructed with traditional Sicilian materials and featuring sandstone exteriors, is set in a 39,000 m² olive grove. The thoughtfully designed garden combines lush lawns with typical Sicilian vegetation and is beautifully illuminated at night. The pool (15x3 mt.), partially open-air and sun-heated, is complemented by a loggia with a bar area. The interiors of Casa Carolina is over 340 square meters modernity and minimalist, with large, bright living and dining areas both inside and outside, perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. The kitchen is sleek, functional, and fully equipped. The four double bedrooms are spacious, each with its own private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a dedicated space for remote working. All rooms feature large windows with stunning views, and two of the rooms have private terraces. Three of the four double beds can be separated into six comfortable single beds, offering added flexibility.
The villa ensures complete privacy, while a direct path leads to the elegant eco-resort Masseria della Volpe, where you can reserve a table at the renowned Ristorante Coda Rossa, offering refined cuisine in a beautiful setting.
