It’s fully equipped for everything from a quick beachside lunch to a full dinner. The dining table seats four, with additional seating for four at the island. LIVING AREA The living room offers a comfortable space to unwind, featuring a plush sofa, two swivel chairs, a 50” Smart TV with extended cable, and a cozy fireplace for added warmth and ambiance. SLEEPING This two-story condo sleeps up to six guests, with plenty of space to stretch out: Primary Suite (Upstairs) – King bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen Smart TV, a mini fridge and a large closet for easy storage. Guest Bedroom (Downstairs) – Two queen beds, a ceiling fan, and a smart TV. Living Room – Queen sofa sleeper for extra guests. Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
