Owner’s car will be parked under the house during your stay, but there’s still plenty of room for your other vehicle, boat trailer or traveling RV in the driveway. Beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, bicycling, wildlife watching, tennis, pickleball and a spacious community park are great ways to enjoy Big Pine Key. The island features restaurants, bars, shops, paddle and bike outfitters, boat rentals, fishing guides and a full-service grocery store. Dig your toes into the sandy beaches at nearby Bahia Honda State Park. Conveniently located between Marathon and Key West for even more dining, shopping, outdoor and nightlife activities. This is a minimum 28-day rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 5 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. No pets. There’s a cap on electric ($250) and water/sewer ($150).
