Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the pool servicing to take place so we can keep on to - This property has regular lawn mowing & gardening which is carried out by a professional contractor every four (4) weeks. Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the lawn mowing/gardening servicing to take place so we can keep on top of this service. - This property has a staircase to the centre to take you from ground floor to first floor - there is no lift. - The three (3) garages are NOT FOR GUESTS USE - parking is to the open driveway only! - We kindly ask you to leave all reading books inside the property - they are not be taken with you. - Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. You will also be given the choice between authorising a security deposit of $750 (2% admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50.
