We are excited to welcome you to Arcadia, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom converted mill apartment, located in the vibrant Ancoats district of Manchester. The property features a striking industrial character paired with thoughtfully designed interiors, bespoke touches throughout & a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This apartment sleeps up to six guests.
Kitchen & dining area
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and stove. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper. There is a large dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends - a great social hub for dining and conversation. Cooking basics including pots, pans, dishes, and silverware are all provided.
Bedrooms
There are two king-size bedrooms, each fitted with room-darkening shades and bespoke décor touches that give the space its own character. Both are designed to offer a restful night’s sleep and a calm retreat after a day out in the city.
Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms. The first features a spacious walk-in shower, ideal for refreshing after a full day of exploring. The second features a bathtub, perfect for a long soak after an evening out. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.
Living area
The open-plan living area is the social heart of Arcadia. A large L-shaped sofa provides plenty of room to spread out, while the smart TV gives you access to your favourite streaming services - perfect for winding down after a day in the city. A dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi makes this a practical base for guests travelling on business too.
Sofa bed
The sofa in the living area can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed, allowing the apartment to sleep up to six guests in total. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Location & parking
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Ancoats. You can reach Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance, along with a wide range of restaurants, cafes, and cultural venues. The Northern Quarter and New Islington are right on your doorstep, offering some of the city’s most popular independent dining and nightlife. Nearby landmarks include Manchester Cathedral, the National Football Museum, the Manchester Art Gallery, the Science and Industry Museum, and the Royal Exchange Theatre.
There is a public car park located adjacent to the property. The apartment is situated on the first floor, accessible via one flight of stairs.
Please note there is no lift, which may be relevant for guests with mobility requirements.
For those travelling further afield, bus and tram stops are within easy walking distance, and Manchester Piccadilly Station provides national rail connections.
Good to know
As this property is located within a city centre apartment block, please be aware there is potential for noise from outside and from other inhabitants. A noise decibel monitor is in place within the property. Exterior security cameras are positioned outside the front door for guest safety and are monitored 24/7.
The apartment is pet-friendly - please note a pet fee applies. A self check-in smart lock is in place for a smooth, flexible arrival. Free washer and dryer are available in the unit. Complimentary essentials are provided for your stay, including toiletries, towels, bed linens, and a cleaning box containing washing-up liquid, a dishwasher tablet, a washing machine capsule, a sponge, a dish cloth, and bin liners.
Please note that complimentary items are provided as a one-time courtesy and will not be replenished during your stay.
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an OTA trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. There is no elevator, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 2nd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
