The chalet is a complete oasis indoors and out. It’s a great base for multi-generational families, several families or groups of friends, for celebrations, for self indulgence, for relaxation. No matter what the occasion, Chalet Colombine will be the setting for some very special memories.
The situation of the property above the main road up to La Clusaz/Grand Bornand ensures good access to the local mountains and villages all year round. Vehicles must be properly equipped for the snow in winter. Annecy with its beautiful lake and the canalised old town, and Geneva, are both within an hour’s drive, so good obvious choices for day trips, if you feel the need to leave this fabulous chalet.

In winter, you may need to park on the roadside at the bottom of the driveway leading up to the chalet, approximately 80 metres from the entrance, and walk this distance on foot. For safety reasons, we would be grateful if you could park in a way that does not obstruct access to the chalet. The maximum occupancy of the property is 15 people. In accordance with fire safety regulations, the building complies with the provisions of the decree of 31 January 1986 (as subsequently amended) relating to residential buildings. Therefore, although the property has beds for up to 20 people, the maximum occupancy of the chalet must not exceed 15 people in order to comply with the provisions of the decree of 22 June 1990 concerning buildings open to the public.
The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.
