Chalet Chocolat is an Property Manager property.
The Property Manager team’s opinion -
Chalet Chocolat is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom chalet for 8 spread over 3 floors, and 170m2 of floor space.
With floor to ceiling windows all around the main living floor, the views, scenery, and weather are as much a part of the internal landscape of the chalet as the furniture!
Chalet Chocolat is popular with Property Manager guests, who appreciate in particular the comfort, the decor, the views, and the proximity to Manigod village, the ski fields, and La Clusaz.
There are two large terraces - one with a hot tub and the other with a dining table, lounge area, barbecue and breathtaking views.
Chalet Chocolat is situated just off the road between Manigod village and the pistes at La Croix Fry, so the road is always kept clear of snow. And if you’d rather not use your car, the ski bus stops just outside.
Parking is in the garage or in front of the chalet.
- The garden is accessible but not fenced. Children will be able to play in the garden under parental supervision. - Please note: if you decide to book Chalet Chocolat together with nearby Chalet Parakima, please be aware that none of the properties’ dining tables can accommodate more than the capacity of each rental. - Fireworks of any kind are prohibited. - Animals are strictly prohibited on the property due to the owners’ allergies.

In winter, Manigod transforms into a snow-covered wonderland, making it a haven for ski enthusiasts. The village is part of the larger La Clusaz-Manigod ski area, which boasts a variety of pistes catering to all levels of skiers and snowboarders. The well-groomed slopes, modern lift systems, and stunning alpine views provide an exceptional skiing experience. Local specialties such as tartiflette, raclette, and fondue feature prominently in the village's cozy restaurants, providing the perfect comfort food after a day in the great outdoors. The region's cheeses, like Reblochon, are a must-try, often produced by local farmers who maintain age-old traditions.
The village itself exudes a sense of timeless charm, with its traditional chalets, baroque church, and friendly locals. Cultural events and festivals throughout the year celebrate the alpine heritage and bring the community together, offering visitors a glimpse into the local way of life.
For those seeking relaxation, the tranquility of Manigod is complemented by wellness offerings such as spa treatments and yoga retreats, set against the backdrop of the majestic mountains.
