Le Petit Capricia is an Property Manager property. The Property Manager team’s opinion - Le Petit Capricia is a ski-in, ski-out ground-floor apartment for eight guests (six adults), with three bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms. Situated right in the centre of La Clusaz, and with the ski lifts and ESF school on your doorstep, it’s a great choice for a group who want to make the most of their time in the mountains. There’s a garage and a second parking space, but you really won’t need to use your car during your stay, if you’d prefer not to. The apartment has three bedrooms – two double rooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room and the other (which can be arranged with a kingsize or twin beds) has a desk. There’s also a bunk room for four, which is perfect for children. This apartment is perfect for a group of friends or perhaps two families. Older children will love being able to enjoy all the facilities of the village within walking distance. Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage.
