The Property Manager team’s opinion - Chalet Backflip is a four-bedroom, five bathroom apartment for up to 10 guests. The location, opposite the chapel in the Gotty area of La Clusaz, is perfect for skiers in the winter, as it’s just 350m from the nearest slope and the ski bus stops 100m away. Chalet Backflip is just as convenient in the summer, when you can hike or bike into the Aravis mountains, or stroll into La Clusaz to visit the market, pick up some shopping or enjoy a meal in one of the many restaurants. We love the ground floor ski room, laundry room and sauna - after a day on the slopes, you can leave your outdoor gear in the ski room, jump in the shower and head for the sauna to relax before dinner. The beautiful living area of Chalet Backflip invites you to get together for a chat on the squishy sofa or enjoy a meal at the huge dining table. The three double bedrooms each have their own stylish shower room, and younger children will love the bedroom with bunk beds, which sleeps four - they get their own separate shower room. Please be aware that the apartment offers no view over the mountains.  Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. NOTE: if a group books both apartments BACKFLIP and FRONTFLIP, each rental can only host 10 people max around the dining table. SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage.
