The Property Manager team’s opinion - Chalet Limanosa is ideal for family holidays and business seminars, thanks to its five double rooms and large double beds that can be converted into single beds. Its quiet location and wellness facilities guarantee a relaxing stay, just a few minutes’ drive from the resort of La Clusaz. Four of the five rooms are on the second floor, while the last room, under the eaves,  is a family/children’s room for six. Two rooms have a TV and access to a private balcony, while two others each have an en-suite bathroom. There are two additional shower rooms on the ground and second floors, and separate toilets on two floors. The living room on the first floor is bathed in natural light thanks to large doors and windows, and opens onto a panoramic terrace. A modern, functional kitchen and a dining table will make it a pleasure to cater for your group, and there’s a seating area with a wood-burning stove where you can relax after your meal. The wooden décor and neutral tones throughout the chalet make it particularly cosy. The lower ground floor is shared with the adjoining Chalet Kintana – if you are looking for more accommodation, why not book the two together for groups of up to 28? On this floor, you’ll find an indoor swimming pool (3m x 4m), a sauna with a shower, and laundry rooms for each property, equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Finally, the lower level houses a large garage for up to six vehicles, with two charging points for electric cars, as well as a ski room and a bicycle store. IMPORTANT: the chalet is ski-in/ski-out when weather conditions permit. It is located 80m from the blue slope of the Patinoire gondola lift and 150m from the green slope of the Champ Bleu ski lift. These 2 slopes take 3 minutes to reach the Champ Giguet ski course meeting point. Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. IMPORTANT: the chalet is ski-in/ski-out when weather conditions permit. Access to the swimming pool (4m x 3m) is private and shared between the two adjoining properties, Chalet Limanosa and Chalet Kintana. Use of the pool is divided as follows: guests staying in one of the properties have use of the pool during even hours, while guests staying in the other property have use of the pool during odd hours. If the second property is not rented during the stay, access to the spa is available without restriction. PLEASE NOTE: some of the bedrooms are attic rooms with limited ceiling height. Make sure to refer to the photos to organise your stay. The chalet is located in a residential area. Parties are not allowed at the Property. High-heeled shoes are prohibited in order to protect the parquet flooring in the accommodation. Thank you for your understanding.
