Chalet Kintana is an Property Manager property. The Property Manager team’s opinion - Chalet Kintana’s flexible sleeping arrangements make it ideal for a family break or a business trip, with double beds that can be converted into single beds. Its quiet location close to La Clusaz’s amenities and its wellness facilities ensure a relaxing stay for 13 guests. Three of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor, with another double room on the first floor and a larger room for five under the eaves. Only the latter has a television, but the ground-floor room has direct access to a large balcony. Three of the rooms have their own private bath/shower room, and there are two extra shower rooms on the ground floor, as well as separate toilets on two floors. The living area on the first floor has a modern, functional kitchen, a dining table for 10, and a living room with a wood-burning stove and television. There’s also a large, convivial bar where you can enjoy a coffee, and a terrace with stunning views. The ground floor shares space with the adjoining Chalet Limanosa. There is a small indoor swimming pool, a sauna with en-suite shower, and laundry facilities for each property, each equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Finally, the lower level has a large garage for up to six vehicles, with two charging points for electric cars, as well as a ski room and bicycle storage. The three bedrooms on the ground floor get less light than the others, but they are nonetheless very cosy. IMPORTANT: the chalet is ski-in/ski-out when weather conditions permit. It is located 80m from the blue slope of the Patinoire gondola lift and 150m from the green slope of the Champ Bleu ski lift. These 2 slopes take 3 minutes to reach the Champ Giguet ski course meeting point. Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. IMPORTANT: the chalet is ski-in/ski-out when weather conditions permit. It is 80m from the blue slope of the Patinoire gondola lift and 150m from the green slope of the Champ Bleu ski lift. Using these slopes you can get to the Champ Giguet ski school meeting point in three minutes. Access to the swimming pool (4m x 3m) is private and shared between the two adjoining properties, Chalet Kintana and Chalet Limanosa. For moments of relaxation, you can enjoy a wellness area with an indoor swimming pool and sauna. (The pool is tested before and during each stay.) When the adjoining property (Chalet Limanosa) is also rented, access to this area remains completely private at set times. NOTE: the 5-star rating applies to 12 people. However, Chalet Kintana can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 13 guests. Some of the bedrooms are attic rooms with limited ceiling height. Make sure to refer to the photos to organise your stay. The chalet is located in a residential area. Parties are not allowed. Every stay of 7 nights or more benefit from free bread/pastries delivery. SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage.
