The Property Manager team’s opinion - Situated right next door to the Palais des Sports, the water park and the tennis courts, and just a few minutes from the Super Morzine and the ski bus, it’s ideally located for those who enjoy the great outdoors. Families in particular will love the range of activities available just a short walk away - there are gentle walks along the river for young families and the Parc Dereches has a huge choice of activities for older children - horse-riding, street hockey, a skatepark and tree-top adventures are just some of them. Summer or winter, there’s always something going on just minutes from this convenient home. With bedrooms spread across the three floors, there is plenty of privacy for separate families or multi-generational groups. The three bedrooms on the top floor, two of which are ideal for children, make a great family area, although it’s worth noting that there is no toilet or bathroom on this floor. We love the practical ski room with a heated boot warmer and laundry facilities - none of your sports equipment has to go upstairs into the main house! The sunny wraparound balcony is also a great place to relax after an energetic day in the mountains. The owners of this well-loved chalet have been visiting since their children were babies, and have always found plenty to entertain their growing family. It’s not difficult to see why - with so many facilities on your doorstep, there’s plenty of fun to be had! Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for up to 14 days after departure.
