In case of an emergency, we may need to access the apartment without prior notice. Guests are asked to provide payment details for either a security deposit or a damage waiver, whichever works best for you:  – A non-refundable damage waiver of €53.50 that covers accidental damage, or  – A refundable €400 security deposit, held before check-in and returned after your stay if no damage is found. Before arrival, you’ll also be asked to sign a short rental agreement, upload a photo ID, and share contact details in order to receive your check-in information. If you plan to book for commercial or content-creation purposes, please let us know in advance, as different terms or rates may apply. Traveling with pets? This apartment is pet-friendly! We charge a €50 sanitation fee per pet. Please note that bringing a pet without notifying us carries a €500 penalty, so be sure to let us know ahead of time. Getting around the city is easy.
