This comfortable retreat on Beech Mountain offers stunning long-range views and all the modern features you need for a relaxing family getaway. Perched at a high elevation, you’ll enjoy fresh mountain air, peaceful surroundings, and a breathtaking four-state view that includes Kentucky, Virginia, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
As you arrive, a welcoming patio leads you to the front entrance. Inside, the main level opens to tall ceilings, stylish furnishings, and a full kitchen with mountain views right from the window—perfect for cooking meals while soaking in the scenery. The living room is cozy and inviting, with leather seating and a gas fireplace that makes for the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The main level includes minisplit A/C units in both the living room and primary bedroom, though the lower level does not have air conditioning.
The main-level king ensuite includes a TV, ceiling fan, and deck access, with a beautifully remodeled private bathroom featuring double granite vanities, a soaking tub, and a tiled shower.
Downstairs, you’ll find a second living space and game room with another gas fireplace, a media center, ping-pong/pool table, and a piano. This level includes a king suite with a TV, ceiling fan, and deck access, as well as a bunkroom with a twin-over-full bed. A full hallway bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination is shared on this level.
Step outside to enjoy two spacious decks with panoramic views—ideal for catching mountain sunsets. The upper deck includes a gas grill and dining table, while the lower level offers access to a fenced backyard, perfect for dogs to play, and a firepit for gathering in the evenings.

Additional Rules and Notes:
- This home is pet friendly for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet. A max of 2 mature, crate-trained dogs are permitted. No other animals are allowed.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Check in is after 4pm
- Checkout by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains required during times of snow/ice to access any homes on Beech Mountain, though the driveway is level with the road - it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
- Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
- Host is not responsible for items left in the home.
- The homeowner uses security cameras on the driveway and in the owner’s private garage. One additional camera is on the outside edge of the deck looking only at the view, not on the deck or any gathering areas.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
