Create a serene indoor-outdoor ambiance by opening the patio doors as you gather guests for mealtimes. On the main floor is the primary bedroom that features a balcony with Adirondack chairs perfect for sipping coffee in the island breeze in the morning. This bedroom’s ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, teal accents, and a gorgeous walk-in shower. Up the stairs are two King guest rooms with a colorful collection of locally sourced artwork, TVs, and views of the pool, and each has a modern ensuite bathroom with walk-in showers. A washer and dryer are available for guest use in the hallway on the second floor. In accordance with City of Holmes Beach zoning regulations, all reservations for this property must follow a Saturday-to-Saturday booking schedule with a seven-night minimum stay. 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home and the garage is NOT for guest use. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This home is managed by Property Manager, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. Please Remember: "You are vacationing in a residential area.
