The main level includes large, expansive windows overlooking a stunning (seasonal) lake view. To the left is the fully equipped modern kitchen that is perfect for creating delicious meals within the comfort of the home. The main level also includes a spacious living room with plenty of luxury furnishings, comfortable furniture and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. The home features an open floor plan with a master bedroom on the main level with a full bathroom. An additional half bathroom can also be accessed just off the kitchen area. The upper level of the home features an additional master bedrooms with an attached full bathroom. This room leads to the bunk bed room with two sets of Queen-over-Queen bunks, arcade games, and a Smart TV. Immerse yourself in adventure on the lower level of the cabin. Enjoy a full-sized game room with arcade games, a pool table, shuffleboard table, poker table, and another stone fireplace with large Smart TV. There are two additional bedrooms located on this level. Outside, you’ll find a large, luxury hot tub, multiple seating areas, and peaceful lake views. There is a wood-burning firepit along with string lights for the perfect sunset setting. There is also direct lake access with steps leading to the dock and water. 🛌 SLEEPING: * Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Indulge in the luxury of a spacious bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, smart TV, gas fireplace and outdoor patio access. The first bedroom has an attached full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. * Bedrooms #2 & #3 (Upper Level): There are two additional spacious bedrooms upstairs. The primary master suite features a king-sized bed, plenty of storage space, a private outdoor balcony overlooking the lake and an attached full bathroom (with shower). There is a bunkbed room attached to the bedroom with additional sleeping space for up to 8 guests. The bunk room also includes a Smart TV and arcade games. * Bedrooms #4 & #5 (Lower Level): There are two full bedrooms located on the lower level, one on each side. Each room features a king-sized mattress, dresser, and Smart TV. Bedroom #4 includes an attached full bathroom. Bedroom #5 has a bathroom located just outside the bedroom door and can also be used as the common bathroom for the game room area. 🍽️ EATING: Enjoy the state-of-the-art luxury kitchen complete with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, and a comprehensive suite of appliances - a dream for any aspiring chef. 🅿️ PARKING The last mile+ to get to the house is gravel but is easily accessible. The parking area is flat. Guests can access the entire home with the exception of the locked owners closets. We are available if you have any questions or concerns. We can be reached via Property Manager messenger. * Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. * Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. * There is a strict no-smoking policy. * There is a strict no-pet policy. * We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items. * The fireplaces are unavailable April 1st - October 1st (Standard for cabins in the area) * We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Ask us for more information! * The lake water level is intentionally lowered for the winter months with it increasing again in the Spring. Guests staying during the winter months will only experience a partially full Douglas Lake. The cove where the house is located may have very low water levels. You will not be able to access the water during these months. * We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions. * We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. * All guests are required to review and sign a waiver before accessing the property.
