This bedroom also has an attached full bathroom. * Bedroom #2 (Lower Level): Twin-over-Twin bunk beds located in the game room. * Additional Sleeping options: ** Queen sleeper sofa in living room and queen sleeper sofa in game room. 🍽️ EATING: Cook up something special in the clean, modern kitchen – fully stocked and ready for action! You’ll find everything you need to whip up breakfast, lunch, or dinner during your stay. From the full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher to the stove, microwave, and a full suite of small appliances, this kitchen’s got your back. We’ve included all the essentials too – pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, and more – so all you need to bring is the food and your appetite! The dining table is located near the kitchen. Ask us for more information! * We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions. * We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
