Set up for a maximum of 4 guests, this river paradise is ideal for the mountain getaway on the most scenic river in the Smokies! Includes a 2BR River Cottage (650 sq ft), 16x24 Covered Outdoor Pavilion, Front and Back Porches, and an outdoor bathhouse. Plenty of room for parking, easy parking for motorcycle trailers or RVs!

⁂ THE COTTAGE
Moon River is an adorable, completely remoted riverfront cottage! The highlight of your stay is the 640 Square Feet of Indoor Living space and nearly an acre to enjoy directly on the Little River. The private outdoor pavilion is an on-the river paradise with a picnic table, kitchen sink, countertops, sitting hammock, a picnic table, and a bar (with 4 bar stools) overlooking the Little River. There is also a BBQ grill.
There is an outdoor bathhouse that is convenient for guests outdoors to quickly use a separate bathroom without entering the Cottage. The bathhouse is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and plenty of room for changing or extra storage space for any river items or outdoor games that won’t fit in the cottage.
There are two chairs on the rear porch along with a privacy wall constructed between you and the closest neighbor. This is one of the only properties on the Little River that has this much space to roam, park, and have access to so much river. It is also one of the only river properties that does not have a direct view of highway 321 on the opposite side of the river. It is a truly unique space!

This kitchen is equipped with basic necessities. Dishes, silverware, cookware, cooking, and grilling utensils are all provided. There is also a dining table just off the kitchen that seats 4.

In addition to the above, there is high-speed internet/Wi-Fi. The TV is a smart TV with access to Netflix and other streaming apps. There is a DVD player if you would like to bring some movies along with you. This kitchen is equipped with basic necessities. Dishes, silverware, cookware, cooking, and grilling utensils are all provided.
The most unique and cutest spot on the Little River. If you value space and privacy and then you will absolutely LOVE your stay at the Moon River Cottage.
