A few steps below is the fully equipped kitchen, with all the culinary utensils you need, ample counter space, and lovely stainless-steel appliances. When you’re ready to sit down for a meal, a large dining table is next to the living area. You’ll also have the luxury of a balcony and a unique rooftop deck fully screened-in and furnished with plush seating, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Wake up feeling refreshed in either of the two King primary suites, with ensuite bathrooms featuring large vanities, step-in showers, and free-standing soaking tubs that will soothe your soul after a sun-drenched day at the beach. One of the rooms even has a private balcony! The guest rooms also have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, while the fourth bedroom has a fun nautical theme for younger guests. Plus, you’ll love the ample storage space, flat-panel smart TVs, and ambient lighting that enhance each room’s cozy and inviting atmosphere. The home’s washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor, ensuring that beach towels and clothes are always warm and fresh. This property has an active Ring doorbell at the entrance. Pets are not allowed in this home. This home is managed by Property Manager, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
