The cabin is located in a resort community, just minutes from all of the excitement of the Smokies! It has a cozy living area with fireplace, leather sofa and a Smart TV. The cabin has an open floor plan with the living area and kitchen conveniently located together. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with everything you need to make your meals inside, or enjoy a picnic outside with the BBQ Grill. There is also a Washer and Dryer available for your use and the cabin has free High Speed Wi-Fi! The upstairs area includes an oversized loft area that includes a pool table and a Smart TV in this area for hours of fun! This level also features a queen bed, and a full bathroom. Outside, relax in the bubbling hot tub. Enjoy a cookout with the BBQ Grill on the picnic table. Enjoy the fresh mountain air with your morning coffee or relax with a glass of local wine after a fun day of adventure. ⁂ SLEEPING: * Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Peaceful bedroom with Queen-sized bed, closet & smart TV. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions. * We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
