The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and ready for everything from big family meals to quick snacks, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, coffee maker, blender, Crockpot, and more. The large dining table and eat-at bar offer plenty of space for gathering and enjoying home-cooked meals together. Step outside to take in the mountain views from the screened-in deck, swing in the front yard, or soak in the hot tub while surrounded by nature. There’s also a gas grill on the patio for cookouts under the stars.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.
* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
