Located between historic downtown Sanford and Seminole Town Center, The Henry Luxury Apartments blends small-town charm with big-name convenience. Ideal for flexible stays of any length, our fully-furnished apartments feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, and stylish furnishings. Work remotely in the coworking lounge, unwind by the resort-style pool, or catch a game in the clubhouse. All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we’ll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records. For stays of 30+ nights, Property Manager also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
