Our apartments come fully furnished and feature full kitchens with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and spacious islands. Relax by the resort-style saltwater pool, cook in the outdoor kitchens, or get moving in the fitness center with yoga and spin studios. All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we’ll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records. For stays of 30+ nights, Property Manager also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
