In the heart of the historic center of Polignano a Mare, a few steps from the famous Lama Monachile beach and the splendid terraces overlooking the sea, lies the Don Nino terraces. They are two very comfortable apartments overlooking the typical Via Roma, are equipped with all comforts and have two furnished terraces. One of which is with a sea view – perfect for families or groups of friends who want to share the holiday without sacrificing privacy.
The layout includes the two apartments that can accommodate 10 people in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The first-floor apartment has 3 bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen stocked with appliances, a microwave, and an induction stovetop. There is a small living room with a comfortable sofa and TV. The relevant terrace is located on the second floor and comes with a table, chairs, and sofas for relaxing outdoors.
The second-floor apartment has a kitchen equipped with a microwave oven and induction stovetop, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. There is a terrace on the same level, and another large terrace with a sea view, table and chairs, and sofa on the upper level. It’s perfect for enjoying the beautiful summer evenings in the terrace’s relaxation area.
The terraces are divided by a low wall with a gate that can be opened in case you want to share the outdoor spaces.
