Welcome to Seaside Manor, a beautiful vacation home that is perfectly located just a one-minute walk from the beach! This three-bedroom, two-bathroom Anna Maria Island rental accommodates up to seven guests. Friends and family can gather in both living rooms to make vacation plans, play games, and watch tv. The updated fully equipped coastal kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to make meal and snack preparations a breeze, and a cooktop island with countertop seating for snacks before heading to the beach. Enjoy home cooked meals or Anna Maria Island takeout in the dining room or at the patio table on the pool deck. There is an additional table in the living room for meals or playing games with your guests.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
