Seagull offers the perfect setting for your dream beach getaway—a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf-front townhome with panoramic views and direct access to the shoreline. No pets. The large, sun-drenched living area opens directly onto your private deck, where you can unwind with a cool drink after a day of swimming, shelling, or simply soaking up the sun. Just a few steps off the deck, and your toes are in the sand!
This immaculate home comfortably sleeps 10, with each bedroom having its own private bath for maximum convenience. The top-floor king-sized primary suite is a peaceful retreat with a private balcony—start your mornings here watching dolphins play in the surf. The second-floor bedroom features a king-sized trundle and two full-sized beds, ideal for kids or a group of friends. On the main floor, you’ll find a cozy queen bedroom with easy access to the living area and beach.
