Escape to this private, Sound-side haven tucked inside a serene, gated community, perfect for families and groups seeking a blend of relaxation and adventure. With resort-style perks and thoughtful touches throughout, your beach getaway just found its perfect setting. This neighborhood is located on the west end of Navarre Beach, which is much quieter and family-friendly. They also have easy Sound Beach access, and are right off a low-traffic road, which is great for biking.
Plenty of room for your group of 10 to enjoy the great room, large kitchen with granite countertops and SS appliances, dining area and breakfast bar.
This main floor also has a queen-sized bedroom and full bath with new tiled walk-in shower.
Up one flight you’ll find the large king-sized primary bedroom with en suite bath.
Down the hall is another king bedroom as well as the fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds with twins over queens, a perfect kid’s escape.
There is a full bathroom that services these two bedrooms.
The house is wrapped with large balconies with cozy seating—ideal for morning coffees or sunset cocktails.
There is even a dedicated game room with a pool table for you to enjoy!
This community has a private soundside beach which is just steps away from the house.
The beautiful Gulf beach access is just a 6-minute walk away.
After a day at the beach, jump into the community pool and let your cares melt away in the hot tub.
Minimum age to rent is 25, no events are permitted, and occupancy of 10 is strictly adhered to.
