This beautiful home is situated just less than a 3-minute’s walk from the emerald green waters of Seacrest. Seacrest Paradise is located just north of 30A and in the Seabreeze community. This 4 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom comfortably sleep 11 guests. The primary bedroom boasts a walk-in shower with king size bed. The 2 guest bedrooms have queen size beds with a walk-in shower. The bunk bedroom has full over twin and twin over twin beds.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
