Enjoy sweeping Gulf views from the open-concept great room, where natural light pours in through expansive windows. Step out onto the large balcony that stretches the length of the house—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and generous cabinet space. There’s room for everyone with seating for 4 at the breakfast bar and a spacious dining area that seats 6.
This main floor has a canal front bedroom with trundle bed that comfortably sleeps 2. Down the hall is a queen sized bedroom and a full bath with tiled walk-in shower.
The Upper level is accessible via elevator or spiral staircase.
The primary suite has a king bed, private Gulf-view balcony with a swing bed for naps or reading. The spa-like en suite features a soaking tub, double vanities, a walk-in shower, and private water closet.
The fourth bedroomis also king sized with a canal front balcony and full bath with walk in shower.
The ground floor features a large canal front loungs with a large flat-screen TV and half bath.

3 kayaks are yours to enjoy while here and the beach is a short walk across the street.
Parking for 5 cars. This is a non-pet friendly home. Minimum age to rent is 25, no events are permitted and stated occupancy is strictly adhered to.
