The bedroom layout is as follows: Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed (Main-level primary bedroom) Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed (Adjacent to the loft/seating area) Bedroom 3: 1 Double Bed and 1 Bunk Bed (Located on the lower level) The main floor features a welcoming space for gatherings, including a bright dining room, a cozy family room, and a well-appointed kitchen perfect for cooking and entertaining. Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively. - For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest’s responsibility. - For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. - Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. - Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.
