The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via the free transit system.
Snow Flower #38 is a three-bedroom condo, with a loft and three bathrooms,
located on the third floor of building I. Access to Park City Mountain’s
Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing
you to come and go as you please.
You’ll love cooking your favorite meal in the well-equipped kitchen which
includes stainless- steel appliances while enjoying the company of your
friends and family in the open-concept space. Enjoy a meal around the dining
table that seats six.
The living room features comfortable seating that invites you to relax around
the wood-burning fireplace or catch your favorite show on the large flat-
screen TV. Access the private patio through the sliding glass door which is
perfect for après ski in the fresh mountain air while enjoying the views of
the Aspen grove.
The main suite features a luxurious king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and access
to the private patio through the sliding glass door. The en suite bathroom
includes a walk-in shower and a washer and dryer.
The second bedroom features two comfortable double-sized beds, flat-screen TV,
and beautiful views of the Aspen trees through the picture window. The shared
guest bathroom features a bathtub and shower combination.
When you walk upstairs, the kids will love the open loft and a flat-screen TV.
The third bedroom, accessed via the loft, includes three twin-sized beds and
en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination.
For your comfort, condo amenities include a fabulous balcony with gas grill,
wood-burning fireplace, four TVs, wall safe, and hairdryers in the bathrooms.
There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back
door, steps from the slopes.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, hot tub, two outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space,
coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless
internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is
staffed 24 hours.
On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage
areas are also available during the summer season.
