Walk to Deer Valley’s Snow Park Lodge
Located one mile from Main Street and right at the base of Deer Valley Resort
in Snow Park, you can easily walk to the lifts from this comfortable condo in
Comstock Lodge. Great for couples and families, it sleeps up to 6. It is
located 50 feet from the free city shuttle stop to go out for dinner or
shopping on Park City’s Main Street, or to enjoy all of the area’s activities
and entertainment. It’s easy to get to the Deer Valley Snow Park base area in
the winter by taking the parking lot shuttle.
This nicely appointed, cabin-style condo features two bedrooms, each with a
king bed and its own full en-suite bath. There’s a sofa sleeper in the living
room, as well. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently remodeled.
The full kitchen has everything necessary to prepare and serve meals, and it’s
open to the bright dining and living areas, great for spending time together.
The dining table has seating for 6 and there’s an easy breakfast bar with
seating for 3. After a day on the slopes, you can cozy up next to the warm
gas-burning fireplace and watch the large-screen TV, or soak in the new hot
tub on your private deck while enjoying the stunning mountain views.
The common area parking garage has elevator access. This property may be
booked with Comstock Lodge #204 next door to create a 4-bedroom, private condo
perfect for larger families or a group of friends.
