3-2-1! Three blocks from Main Street, two blocks from the free city-wide town
shuttle, and only one block to the Park City Mountain’s Town Lift! This deluxe
home sleeps up to 8 and features an open plan living space with full kitchen,
living room, dining area, powder bath, and one-car garage with driveway
parking for two more cars on the main level.
In the main living area, two sofas and a recliner surround the wood burning
fireplace and 55" smart TV with Blu-ray player, sound bar, and subwoofer. The
recently remodeled kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless-steel
appliances, and the dining table seats 8. The main level features views of the
hills across downtown Park City.
Upstairs, the spacious primary suite includes a California king bed, leather
recliner with ottoman, walk-in closet, and private balcony with a view of Park
City Mountain. It also features a 48" smart TV. The primary bathroom includes
a spa shower, double vanity, and a separate toilet room.
Downstairs, a den is flanked by two guest rooms and two bathrooms. The den
features a large sectional sofa with a queen-size memory foam sleeper.
Entertainment options include a 75” smart TV with Bose Cinemate surround
sound, a Blu-ray DVD player, games, cards, and books. One guest room offers a
king-size bed and a 32” flat-screen TV. The shared bathroom features double
sinks, granite countertop, and a separate room for the bathtub/shower
combination and toilet. The other guest room offers two twin beds, that can be
converted to a king size bed with 24-hours advanced notice, a 37” flat screen
TV, and an en suite bathroom.
Additional house amenities include a whole-house humidifier, free wi-fi, air
conditioning, and private laundry. There is also a private outdoor deck with a
private hot tub, propane grill, deck chairs, and a gas fire pit. Deluxe
