The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via Park City’s free transit system.
Renovated in 2021, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath is located on the
second floor of building II. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time
and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go
as you please without having to worry about the morning parking rush or
afternoon traffic.
Beautiful quartz countertops and updated dark knotty Alderwood cabinets
highlight the well-equipped kitchen. A breakfast bar with seating for four
combined with the open floorplan provides ease of conversation while meals are
being prepared. The dining area has seating for eight.
The living room includes a large, flat-screen TV, a tiled gas fireplace,
ceiling fan and cozy furniture to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Additional
gathering space is available on the balcony, which is perfect for year-round
enjoyment.
The main bedroom features a luxurious a king-sized bed, wall-mounted flat
screen TV and a ceiling fan. The private bathroom includes a beautiful vanity
with granite countertops and two sinks, walk-in tiled shower, plenty of
storage, and tile flooring.
The second and third bedrooms each have two comfortable twin-sized beds that
can be made into a king with at least 24 hours advance notice as well as a
flat screen TV and a ceiling fan in each bedroom. The shared second bathroom
includes a tub/shower combination and tile flooring.
For your comfort, additional room amenities include: wall safe, wall mounted
hair dryers in both baths, and is designated non-smoking.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated
laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet
service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24
hours.
On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage
areas are also available during the summer season.
