GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Seattle to have a good time, but out of respect to our neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. PETS: Pets are welcome! A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. We invite you to enjoy your stay with your furry companions. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind including vaping is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period. MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 10am. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please note that we use a noise monitoring device in the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) in order to prevent parties. Fireplace Notice: Fireplaces are decorative only and not for guest use Electricity Use A daily electricity allowance of 75 kWh is included. This is more than enough for standard usage. Any excess will be billed at local utility rates and shared with guests after the stay. TERMS OF SERVICE To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
