Our 1,100 sq. foot, 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom single level condo is located 11 miles (less then 15 minutes) north of downtown and 14 miles (15 minutes) south of Purgatory Ski area in the Pine Acres complex. This best-of-both worlds location offers excellent proximity to the area’s premier amenities and spectacular views of the Animas valley and the iconic red cliffs Dalton Ranch Golf Course and Durango Hot Springs are 4 miles from the condo, and there are close-by restaurants (including James Ranch Grill one of our fav’s) and one of the area’s best grocery and liquor stores.
The Pine Acres complex backs up to National Forest Land and the historic Durango & Silverton tourist train runs adjacent to the property. There are decks off both the main living space and the bedrooms in the back of the condo. You can expect all of the usual amenities such as WIFI, Washer/Dryer, Black Stone Griddle on the Main Deck, covered assigned parking space (and additional uncovered parking) and linens/towels. While the condo does not have central AC - There are tower fans in each bedroom that blow cool air. While the condo is single level, one flight of stairs is required to reach the condo front door

There is no parking for RVs, Trailers, Boats, etc at Pine Acres - Please do not book this property if you have a trailer etc.
There home is not pet friendly - please do not bring pets.
