Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- NO SMOKING: at any time. Guests will be charged $500 if any existence of smoking is detected upon departure.
- Lights: Please turn off the lights when you are not home
- Sound: No amplified sound is permitted
- Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever
- PETS: Please let us know If you have a dog, even if it's a service dog. We would appreciate it.
- We allow well-behaved cats and dogs. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if a dog is in the unit without notifying us. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will range from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick them up after your dog.
- Please be mindful of the electricity.
- A high chair and pack & play can be provided, but a fee applies and needs to be requested ahead of time.
