Serenity Sands is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Gulf-front townhouse offering stunning views of the emerald green waters from every room. With a private dune crossover just steps from your door, beach access couldn’t be easier.
This spacious, fully tiled home features an open floor plan perfect for spending time together. Whether you’re watching TV, playing games, or simply lounging, the beautiful Gulf views are always your backdrop.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a full pantry—ideal for preparing meals and snacks with ease. Also on the main floor is a convenient half bath and an en suite bedroom with two queen beds and a private balcony facing the Santa Rosa Sound.
Upstairs, the king-sized primary suite offers ultimate relaxation with a private Gulf-front balcony. Wake up to the soothing sounds of waves and unwind in the spa-like en suite bathroom featuring a jetted tub, a tiled walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and double vanities. Down the hall, two more bedrooms each have a queen bed and sound-facing balconies. A shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located between them.
Your small pup is welcome with the owner’s permission. A $200 per pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Please note, dogs are not permitted on the Gulf beach.
The ground floor includes a gas grill, seating for six, and a large outdoor shower with hot and cold water—perfect for rinsing off after a day in the sand. Parking is available for up to five cars.
Serenity Sands is one of four neighboring townhomes in the same complex, alongside Sea & Stars, Goin’ Coastal, and Bright Sands, making it a great choice for larger groups looking to book multiple units together.
