Welcome to Sunset Villa, a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the peaceful soundside of Navarre Beach in the popular Sunset Harbor community. With serene water views, a community pool, and just a short stroll to the Gulf’s sugar-white sands, this is the perfect coastal escape for your group of 4–5. No pets.
Inside, you’ll find a fresh, clean aesthetic with new flooring throughout (no carpet!), brand new kitchen appliances, and stylish new bedroom furniture. The open-concept living area offers a large flat-screen TV visible from both the kitchen and great room, perfect for laid-back movie nights after a day in the sun.
The queen-sized primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A second bedroom includes two twin beds and access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower. There’s also a futon in the living room to accommodate one additional guest.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up meals or beach-day snacks. Enjoy casual dining at the breakfast bar (seats 3), the dining table (seats 2), or step outside and savor your meal on the balcony with stunning unobstructed sound views and breathtaking sunsets.
