This custom-built beach home checks all the boxes! Overlooking the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound and just a short 2-block walk to the beach, your stay at Sandy Beach Blessings will be relaxing and memorable. It comfortably sleeps your group of 13. The unique layout of this home places the living space on the top floor for maximum water views. There is a large living area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and sliders leading out to a huge Santa Rosa Sound view deck. This deck also features an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill, built-in fridge, plenty of counter space, a built-in island with seating for 5-6, and comfortable new deck seating. Inside is a chef’s dream kitchen with stainless steel appliances, high-end cabinetry, countertops, a separate beverage fridge, and an ice maker. There is a breakfast bar that seats 5, as well as an expandable farmhouse table that seats an additional 6. A pull-out sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space for 2. On the other side of this floor, you’ll find a king-sized bedroom, a queen bedroom, a full bath with a tub/shower combo, and a convenient half bath. Down one flight are the additional 3 bedrooms. One is the king-sized primary bedroom with beautiful sound views and an en suite bath featuring a large walk-in shower. Sharing this floor is another king-sized bedroom and a third with a queen and a twin. A Jack and Jill bath with a tub/shower combo connects the two bedrooms. All bedrooms on this floor have flat-screen TVs and access to another huge deck. Completing this floor is a full laundry room with a washer/dryer. On the ground floor is a bonus hang-out area in the garage, complete with a TV and seating. This level also has an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day of beaching and shelling. Set up the cornhole boards in the garage or the backyard and start a tournament! Driveway parking for 6 cars is available, and there is no street parking. This is a non-pet-friendly home. Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies, and no events are permitted. The minimum age to rent is 25, and the stated occupancy is strictly adhered to.
