Silver Dolphin is the perfect beach getaway for your party of 6 and your small pup! Freshly painted with new flooring (no carpets), this end-unit townhome is just steps from the beautiful sandy beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf, located just across the street.
The main floor living room features a large flat-screen TV, dining for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for meal prep. The deck off the living room has Gulf views, while the deck off the kitchen offers a serene view of the Santa Rosa Sound. Both decks are furnished with dining tables, so you can choose the view you want for your snacks and meals.
There is also a sofa sleeper on this floor as well as a full bath with a tub/shower combo.
Upstairs, you’ll find two king-sized bedrooms—one with a Gulf-view deck and the other with a Sound-view deck. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the waves, and your evening nightcap with one of Navarre Beach’s stunning sunsets. A full bath is located between the two rooms, and the Gulf-view bedroom includes an additional sink for added convenience.
Rinse off after your beach adventures under the outdoor shower. Beneath the home, you’ll find a gas grill, a table for 4, and parking for 2 cars.
Your small pup (maximum 2) is welcome to join you with the owner’s permission and a $200 per pet fee. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the Gulf Beach.
Located directly next door to Narvana, Silver Dolphin is a great option if your group needs multiple properties.
No smoking is allowed in or on the property.
Minimum age to rent is 25, and occupancy of 6 is strictly enforced.
