This bright and airy end-unit townhome is the perfect spot for your next beach retreat. With all-new flooring throughout (no carpeting except on the stairs), it’s as comfortable as it is stylish.
The open-concept main floor features cozy seating for TV watching or Gulf gazing, a dining area that seats six, a breakfast bar for three, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks. Also on this level is a queen-sized bedroom and a full bath with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the king-sized primary suite is a true retreat with a Gulf-front private balcony, a daybed for lounging or extra sleeping space, and a convenient wet bar with a mini fridge—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening nightcap without leaving the room. The ensuite bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and private water closet.
The third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom. A washer and dryer are also located on the upper floor for your convenience.
Step outside and fire up the gas grill after a day on the beach. This home is part of a 4-plex and is right next to Seagull, making it a great option if your group needs multiple units.
Your pup is welcome with the owner’s permission. A $200 pet fee applies per pet (maximum of 2 dogs). Cats are not permitted. Please note: dogs are not allowed on the Gulf Beach.
This is a non-smoking home (including balconies), and events are not permitted. The minimum age to rent is 25.
