"Under new property management and brand new to the Blue Moon family, Dottie’s Sandbar is sure to delight you and your group of travelers! This Gulf front townhome features a full wall of sliders that showcase the stunning Emerald Green waters, instantly putting you in vacation mode.
The open-concept main floor provides plenty of space for your group to gather—whether you’re dining, playing games, watching TV, or simply relaxing while watching dolphins play and pelicans soar. New flooring throughout (no carpeting!) and all new decks add to the modern feel of the space.
The large kitchen boasts granite countertops, plenty of cabinets, and a spacious pantry, making it easy to prepare meals for the entire group. A bright and sunny breakfast nook offers a quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee with a sound view. Down the hall, you’ll find a full bath with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
With water views from every room and a beach walk-over for easy access to the sand, Dottie’s Sandbar truly provides an ideal vacation setting. The Gulf-front deck features a shaded dining area and a separate sun deck for lounging if you’d rather relax at home than make the short walk to the beach.
Up one flight, the king-sized primary bedroom offers a Gulf-front balcony. The en suite bath features dual sinks and a large, newly tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom, also king-sized, boasts a sound view, while the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a Gulf-front balcony (it’s rare to find more than one Gulf-front bedroom!).
A full bath with a tub/shower combination is shared by these two bedrooms, and a full-sized laundry room is also available for your convenience.
On the ground floor, enjoy the beachside Surf Board Bar—a great place to enjoy a cold drink, day or night. The bar area has seating at the counter, couches, and a firepit for cozy evenings. After a long day on the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower.
There is parking for four cars in the driveway, and a gas grill is provided for your convenience. Your small pup is welcome to join you with owner’s permission, with a $200 pet fee per pup (Note: dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach).
For added fun, you’ll also have access to a kayak and paddleboard during your stay.
Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the balconies, and no events are allowed. The minimum age to rent is 25.
Dottie’s Sandbar is directly next door to Coastal Kiwi, making it a great option if your group needs multiple units.
