With brand-new flooring, furniture, and bedding throughout, this beautifully updated beachfront home is ready to welcome your group of up to 22 guests in comfort and coastal style. NO PETS The moment you walk in, the sweeping, unobstructed Gulf views through the wall of windows and the spacious private deck will put you in instant relaxation mode.
The open-concept layout on the main floor is designed for togetherness, whether you’re cooking meals, playing games, or simply soaking up the view of the emerald-green water and soaring seagulls. A large flat-screen TV anchors the cozy living space, and there’s plenty of room to dine with two tables that each seat six, plus a breakfast bar with seating for ten.
This level also features a king-sized primary bedroom with Gulf views and a private en suite bath. Down the hall, one bedroom offers two queen beds and shares a full bath across the hall. On the opposite side of the home are two more bedrooms—each with two queen beds—and a third full bath in between. A full-sized laundry room completes this floor for added convenience.
Upstairs, a second living space invites you to kick back and relax. Multiple couches face another large flat-screen TV, and a table for four is perfect for board games or cards. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer more stunning Gulf views, creating an ideal spot to unwind after a day in the sun.
Also on this floor are two additional bedrooms, each with two queen beds. They share a Jack-and-Jill style full bath, making five full bathrooms in total—each with a tub/shower combo. Every bedroom is outfitted with a flat-screen TV, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone in your group.
A private dune crossover leads you straight to the sand, making it easy to set up your beach gear and get your toes in the water. After a day of sun and surf, fire up the gas grill for a seaside dinner. With parking for 10 cars, there’s space for everyone to come together.
This is a non-pet-friendly home. Smoking is not permitted inside or on the property, and events are not allowed. Minimum age to rent is 25.
Big Daddy once hosted his large family and friends at this beloved beach house each year. It was a home filled with laughter, relaxation, and reconnection. Though he is no longer with us, his family hopes that the tradition continues with your group—and that you create your own lifelong memories in this special place.
