Welcome to Beachview 112, a ground-floor unit in the beautiful Beachview complex, now under new property management. Just steps away from the stunning white sandy beach, you’ll find yourself playing in the emerald green Gulf waters in no time. NO PETS.
After a day at the beach, unwind with a swim in the community pool, located just outside your door. If you’re feeling energetic, enjoy a game of tennis on the private court within the complex.
Upon entering Beachview 112, you’ll be greeted by a spacious great room with plenty of room to relax. Whether you’re watching TV, reading a book, or just enjoying time with loved ones, this space is perfect for all occasions. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to easily prepare everything from a snack to a full meal, and the breakfast bar or dining table (which seats 6) provides a perfect spot to dine, or even enjoy a fun game night together.
The king-sized primary bedroom offers an en suite bath for added privacy. Across the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with two full-sized beds, and there is an additional full bath nearby. For extra sleeping space, the living room also features a sofa sleeper.
With the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer, you’ll enjoy all the comforts of home during your stay. Outside, a small patio with a table and chairs offers a peaceful spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a drink at the end of the day. A community grill is also available for your use.
Designated parking is available for 2 cars, with overflow parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note, this is a non-pet-friendly home, smoking is prohibited inside the property, and events are not permitted. The minimum age to rent is 25.
