Spacious, relaxing and perfectly located, Kingfisher will become your favorite beach escape. This true one bedroom family friendly home is waiting to welcome you!
This unit is a bright and sunny one bedroom condo in the Palms that comfortably sleeps 4. New tile throughout, new carpet in the bedroom, new furniture and a very comfortable new queen sleeper all make this open concept home shine!
On the third floor of an elevator building, Kingfisher has everything you need for your vacation escape including it’s own washer and dryer.
Unwind on the comfy modular couch, take a nap on the new sleeper sofa or relax on the private peaceful balcony. You’ll feel like you’re on your own perch (just like the beautiful Kingfisher bird) overlooking this quiet end of the island.
The separate king-sized bedroom is very roomy and has it’s own flat screen TV.
Cook entire meals or just snacks in the well equipped kitchen. Dine in the great room or out on your terrace just off the living area.
Fish from the private pier that is just outside your door (for guests of The Palms only) and grill your catch under the adjacent gazebo. There have been many a big fish caught from this pier!!!
The gorgeous pool is a true tropical oasis and is only for use by guests of the Palms.
This convenient location makes for a quick trip across the Gulf Island National Seashore to Pensacola Beach.
This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
